Why can't we choose what season to start recording?

I think I might've asked this when I first started looking at channels. Very used to this feature on tivo, and syndicated shows that have a ton of seasons where I've already watched so many, it would he nice to be able to start recording at season X.

My real beef is it keeps clogging up my drive and I'm running out of room and have to constantly delete episodes and am missing shows because they won't record. And no, I don't feel like upgrading my drive. But thanks for mentioning.

Shouldn't this be a basic feature?

You can use the Advanced Pass options to do this. Would be cool as a basic pass option though.

You can do this by editing the pass:
DVR > Passes > Series > :arrow_down_small: > :gear: Advanced. Then, under Conditions, :heavy_plus_sign: to add a new condition, and use the dropdowns to create one of SeasonNumber > # to choose the last season you wish to skip.

Ahh... It's a condition. Went into advanced and didn't dive that deep. That's tedious. Really needs to be a basic feature without needing to go to the server. Having to go through those steps, might as well do tvheadend at that point.
