Will channels be able to get 4K from FOX TVE for FIFA World Cup matches?

Guess I’m wondering if anyone knows if that’s only available in the FOX app or if channels can access it?

The TVE feed from their website is what Channels DVR uses.
1080P and Stereo audio at best from TVE feeds.
