I got two cable cards from xfinity and set them up over chat support this past Monday.

Yeah, when they do that here, that's when I'm done.. But no, I have one cable card fully working, and actually got the other cable card at the same time, but never bothered to set it up. I only recently tried to get the second one added, just to add 3 more tuners to my ChannelsDVR, but while my first one still works, they can't figure out how to activate my second one.. It shows that it's authentication and validation are successful, but it just doesn't think it has any channels authorized. I'm sure it's a simple problem for someone on their end who knows how to associate it with my account/subscription, but I haven't found that person yet.
