Win 10 Web Player Issues

Hi. I've been experiencing web player issues on Win10. Unraid V6.11.1. Channels-DVR 2022.10.14.2129. The video pauses, starts, then pauses. Sometimes it's immediate. Sometimes after several minutes. It's on a 1 gig wired network. Same happens on Chrome or Edge. Emby plays fine on the same machine. Here's a snippet from the log for two files that showed issues:

So it looks to me like the recordings from the HDHR 4K tuners are corrupted when being transcoded? Are these audio or video errors? Or both? These same files play without any visible issue on an Nvidia shield (direct play). This happens when using the hw or sw transcoding.

Any ideas?

A couple corrupted packets at the start of a recording are normal.

It looks like it's trying to software transcode those recordings which may be slow. What rate and fps does it show underneath the web player. You need close to 1x (60fps) to be able to watch without pauses.

I would try changing the Transcoder Deinterlacer setting to Hardware or Linear.

Changed to hardware and linear. I see the info now. When my wife first brought this up to me it was in hardware mode, but not linear. Trying that now and I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks!

Was playing well. I noticed the stats disappeared, so I paused and restarted, and it began randomly stopping and starting again. Here's the log info at that time:
