Windows 10 DVR not showing up on Apple TV

Setting up Channels in my parents’ house. Channels app working fine on Apple TV. Channels DVR set up on Windows 10 PC on same network and all is fine that end. The Apple TV app can’t see the DVR server. Tried unchecking and rechecking bonjour, tried killing and restarting the app and the Apple TV all to no avail. All devices are connected to a router with the 10.0.0.x range. There is an ADSL modem on a 192.168.0.x range but nothing else connects to it other than the router which is on the 10.0.0.x range.

On the Win10 machine with channels DVR running, /bonjour says:

{“addresses”:[“10.0.0.7”],“enabled”:true,“hostname”:“dvr-jupiter.local.”,“interfaces”:[“Ethernet”]}

And /system/network says:

[{“mtu”:1500,“name”:“Ethernet”,“hardwareaddr”:“f8:0f:41:67:33:59”,“flags”:[“up”,“broadcast”,“multicast”],“addrs”:[{“addr”:“fe80::30cf:ca1c:e17c:1f2/64”},{“addr”:“10.0.0.7/24”}]},{“mtu”:-1,“name”:“Loopback Pseudo-Interface 1”,“hardwareaddr”:"",“flags”:[“up”,“loopback”,“multicast”],“addrs”:[{“addr”:"::1/128"},{“addr”:“127.0.0.1/8”}]},{“mtu”:1472,“name”:“Local Area Connection* 12”,“hardwareaddr”:“00:00:00:00:00:00:00:e0”,“flags”:[“pointtopoint”,“multicast”],“addrs”:[{“addr”:“fe80::100:7f:fffe/64”}]}]

Any help gratefully received!

Thanks,
Jon

Sounds like a firewall or security software on the windows machine. Try connecting to http://10.0.0.7:8089 from another machine

Many thanks for the reply. I got it working in the end. I think it was a mixture of some security software on the machine and a really weird network setup which I simplified and got it all working in the end.
