Windows 10 to NAS Move -- how?

I'm going to need to move my Channels DVR server from a Windows 10 PC to a QNAP TS-251D NAS. Can someone run thru for me the correct method of transferring the existing recordings from the PC to the NAS after the DVR server is up in the NAS?
