Windows 11 "Memory integrity"?

I was checking my mini-pc that runs Windows 11, and is used for my CHANNELS server.

It popped up a message that the "Memory integrity" setting was not enabled, and that IF I enabled it, it would help keep it safe from low-level hacker attempts.

My question is: Do I / should I WANT to enable and turn this setting ON, or if so, could it cause issues for the mini-pc in running Channels stuff?

It has been enabled for several years now on my Channels server. Never been a problem.

There is a tiny performance hit that is well worth taking to make your system more secure. You will not notice any difference in apparent performance or response. I have it enabled on all my systems including the N100 mini PC that runs Channels DVR and much more.
