I finally found what I have been looking for on and off the past year.
the windows app is fairly barebones, and I havn't gotten MIC or Apps to work yet, but the basic remote controls work AWESOME! Very Fast!
any communality developers may want to check it out as it is built with python/node so should work across platforms
the remote command response is as fast as BT & IR (on Osprey or FLIRC)
I just started playing with this an hour ago, so as I find solutions to the MIC input and App launch I'll update.
