Windows Firewall Warning

I keep getting the “Windows firewall is blocking connections to Channels DVR” warning even though the Firewall is disabled (I use Bitdefender) and everything is functioning fine

Any way to turn it off/get rid of it?

@pushkardamle had some issues with BitDefender breaking Channels DVR completely. Can you share what settings you used to make the DVR work with BitDefender?

As far as the Windows Firewall warning, can you open the advanced settings and post a screenshot (or email it to [email protected]). It sounds like the DVR is not recognizing that the firewall is disabled. Should be easy to fix on our end.

Inside Bitdefender, I set the Firewall application to Any/Any all.

Then on my router, I set port forwarding for the two ports needed for TCP/UDP for the address of my DVR server.
