Does Channels allow for viewing live channels in Windows?
No...but yes. Not as a dedicated app. There is no desktop software for Channels, like Emby or Plex has.
You can view and watch things via any web browser, but watching there does most often require the sever to transcode, so u will need a good cpu on the server device.
Channels is best on a steaming box like Android TV, AppleTV, or iOS, Android.
Very much wish there was a software for Channels for PC...maybe some day.
It has been requested, but is not a priority or have any time frame.
