Won't resume stream after seeking or skipping commerical

Using Google Chrome and anytime I am watching a recorded show and I seek to a different position the video just spins. It will not load. I have to stop the stream and restart and it will start from where I had moved to.

What does it say underneath the player video?

Transcoder Paused: 21m27.295078s @ 18.4x

and it's just spinning. After the @ that keeps going down and then just stops.

Does this help you any?

Thanks. Is the problem fixed if you switch the transcoder setting on the web UI to Software instead of Hardware?

I tried it for a few moments and when I seek or skip commercials it might buffer for a second or two and then it plays. So, switching to software seemed to help.

This is fixed in the latest DVR pre-release (v2019.04.26.0040). See Frequently Asked Questions

I updated to the new build and switched back to hardware encoding and have been able to stream recorded content, skip commericals and the video not lock up. It does appear to be fixed. Thank You.
