[WRN] Scanner ignoring TV path inside DVR folder

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?
I've deleted all recordings and emptied trash
Updated the the dvr software
restarted the nvidia shield and the dvr app
still getting the errors constantly.

fyi - I wasn't trying to import anything and I do have separate folders inside the DVR folder

Under Local Content you have set your TV imports incorrectly. If you're not trying to import then remove that entry with the trash icon.

Just fyi - I never set up any Local Content and never tried to import anything.
This all started when the dvr tried to record Shark Tank on Mar 19 at 8pm PDT.
The errors all started then.

On the settings page I found an entry under Local Content BETA and deleted it.

Seems like your storage drive is corrupted or failing
