Out of the blue, in the Guide Channel 2.1 listed as MeTV rather than WCBS-HD. No changes made by me.
You can change it in the DVR web admin UI under Settings > Sources
For the source (HDHR tuner?) Select 
Manage > Manage Lineup
Click the pencil icon to the right of channel 2.1
Click the dropdown on the right of the search box and select Search All Lineups
Key wcbsdt in the search box and select the station
