For one channel, ThisTV on virtual channel 20.2 in the SF Bay Area, the guide data is off by 3 hours for about the last 3+ weeks. It’s one of the most recorded channels we use(d). I posted on the AVS Forum but I don’t know who supplies the guide data Channels uses. I don’t know if Channels can do something or direct to what entity needs to corrects this. 3+ weeks if a long time to have bad guide data.
Our data comes from Gracenote, which is the same data that powers the official HDHR app and zap2it.com. So do you see the same time offset in the official app or on that website?
Channels matches the zap2it web site, unfortunately they are both wrong. So who can tell Gracenote to fit it? It’s been weeks.
