Wrong video recorded

Recording on HdHomeRun Flex 4K to Mac mini using Channels DVR, latest HDHM firmware.

Third time this has happened, happens only with Jeopardy: Began watching Jeopardy recording while program was still recording. Found that the correct Jeopardy audio was recorded, but the video was from different channel. Switched to the live program from Guide, and everything looked good. Checked the actual recording from .mpg file--wrong video. Any thoughts?

Reported above to Silicon Dust. Their response:

"Have you asked Channels about this? I don't think there's anything on the HDHomeRun-level that would cause this, especially if the live feed is fine."

How can I solve this??

Every time you tune into a channel, the HDHR firmware has to figure out the correct PID for the audio and video streams associated with the requested channel. There is no control we have over this process, and its definitely either a bug with the HDHR or an issue at the broadcast source.

Is this happening with ATSC1 or ATSC3 channels?

It's ATSC 1.
