Channels matches this station with the Circle Network however, it's actually CW. Zap2It has it correct. Is this something that you can correct or does this need to go to SD?

If it's incorrect in the official HDHR app then you can report it to them.
You can also fix it yourself on your dvr using the manage lineup popup
I tried manage lineup but the CW entry there is for another market than where this one is. It is also correct in the HDHomerun app as well. So, just incorrect in Channels.
You can change the gear to search all and then type the correct callsign for the CW you're looking for
