Xfinitiy Login Issues

I had to change my password on my Xfinity account and now I cannot log in with it as a source. When I try to sign in, I am shown this message. I tried with an email address and as a username.

Ideas?

Use your username, not the email address.

Also try disabling MFA if you have it enabled on your Xfinity account.

i dont have MFA enabled
