Xfinity broken?

seeing the following in the logs when i try to view an xfinity channel...

What happens on nbc.com/live in a chrome incognito? Seems like some kinda of security check is triggering on the account. Did the password change?

Is this a dedicated family account created for the DVR?

here's what it looks like is going on: when i go to tbs.com (which is the channel i'm trying to watch) and log in with xfinity, it takes me to two different pages asking me to update account info. i can skip them, and then i get the live stream...but i'm guessing those two extra pages are throwing channels auth off somehow?

after skipping those two account info update pages on a manual login, now channels works again.
