Campus networks usually work similar to hospitality networks that are found in hotels. You are redirected to a signin screen when you connect and after you authenticate your devices MAC address is remembered and any traffic from that MAC address is permitted. In most cases the use of a travel router will permit you to connect and authenticate and your hosts can connect to it's wireless network or LAN. Some OS will allow connection sharing which is basically the same thing.
These are the solutions we recommended to dorm residents at the college where I used to work.
It appears you already have what you want or at least part of it.
"Additionally, you can use your school credentials to login to over 90 "TV Everywhere" apps when off-campus."
Under sources, simply select "TV Everywhere" and provide your credentials.
