Xmltv fetch: 403 Blocked by Bitdefender

I know you recommend windows firewall but I do use Bitdefender.
Trying to download xmltv/epg guide but it’s failing. Noticed in the logs it says:

xmltv fetch: 403 Blocked by Bitdefender

I have set the Bitdefender firewall to any/all and tcp/udp ports are open.
Is there anything else that I’m missing or do I really need to disable Bitdefender or this?

Update: looked at Bitdefender and there was a warning. The method used had a pass in it that it automatically blocked that could be added to exceptions.

Bitdefender causes all sorts of problems.

Is there anything else that you’re aware of that comes to mind?

Side-note: went to post another question and this site blocked me saying that I was limited on day 1 to new posts. Pretty disappointing seeing that I paid for a subscription. I wish I could open up some new topics.
