One more issue. I set up Xteve and added m3u and xmltv file. Went to plex to setup tuner. It says finding the best guide and keeps spinning.
Did you tell Plex when setting up the XTEVE tuner that you have an XMLTV.

That is your problem
I put in my XMLTV file and it says scan. I do and just get no channels found. Make sure you have a tuner connected.
I assume you have never used XTEVE before ... need to seed a screen shot of how you have XTEVE setup and how you have Channels Mapped.
My IPTV only provides m3u link. I used Xtream editor to try and make xmltv file.
Can't really help you ... I assumed you were using M3U from Channels DVR.
