YES Network via TVE ? Again?

Ive noticed that last seasons m3u8 stream has changed and i can no longer manually add it to channels
Can any one check on what has happened and or see if any TVE option is available now??

I have FIOS in NYC and do not see YES via TVE. I do get the channel via my HD Home Run Prime w cable card as it's part of my subscription.
