Your Channels DVR could not be discovered

I pay for this service
Why is it still happening?
It driving me crazy

Family asks
Dad . Can we watch that.
It keeps giving me this message.
Anyone else knows why this happens?

This sounds like a network issue. Are you manually connecting to it via IP address or letting discovery work?

It may be that your network is having issues broadcasting Bonjour discovery.

You could manually connect to your server by providing the IP address of the computer thst is running you Channels DVR Server. It’s important though, that you make sure that IP address does not change. You can use the dhcp reservation feature on your router to make sure your router gives it the same IP address every time.
