Your subscription expired 3 days ago, Apple TV not connecting to DVR

My DVR webpage is displaying "Your subscription expired 3 days ago" although payment was taken and it states that it is active.
This I would put down to a display issue but both my Apple TVs have stopped connecting to the dvr, cannot connect even though on same network and ip address is correct, is just keeps landing on a "There was a problem connecting to the DVR" page.
Strange thing is it connects fine on mobile devices.
Tried switching Bonjour on and off, deleting app and re-installing etc, still nothing, so I have come to the conclusion it is something to do with the subscription message.
When I click the subscription 'check again' button the page reloads but nothing changes. I get this message in the log.

2019/09/19 08:47:46 [ERR] Error refreshing auth: Post https://community.getchannels.com/dvr/api: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority

Please help, this has been 3 days now!

I would try unchecking your DVR, signing out of your DVR and restart everything.

Where is your dvr installed? What version of the dvr server is running?

It’s running on a LaCie 5big NAS, version 1.0.11
All been running fine until now.

What is the version number shown on the DVR web UI itself?

2019.09.10.0019

Can you update to the latest build by click-and-hold the Check For Update button and see if that fixes it?

Fixed it, thank you!
