This is on top of the DVR Web Page.

My Account Page has this. I assume I am on auto renew. Right?

Shows as “Active” but I get the red alert “Your subscription expired 18 hours ago”

have same here.

Nothing to worry about, just a display issue. Finally hitting the first wave of renewals so it’s surfacing some bugs. Should fix itself in a few hours.
