After the latest 09.0020, my YTTV login says, "Cable provider authentication failed". How can I get this Youtube TV issue fixed, its the only reason I subscribe to Channels, for the local DVR.
Perhaps you could explain what that is. Maybe stable v2022.02.09.0020?
The latest pre-release version of Channels DVR is
Update to that version and see if it helps.

First rule of thumb when dealing with TVE issues is update to the latest Channels DVR pre-release version.
