I have by HDHomeRun and my YouTube TV TV Anywhere now both set up fully on the Channels Server. I have the full guide showing on the Channels DVR app with channel logos, program names and descriptions, etc. The HDHomeRun tuner OTA channrls seems to be playing smoothly and flawlessly, but every single YouTube TV channel won't load at all. If I click on Sportcenter for instance, the buffering circle just keeps spinning overtop a black screen. Have tried every channel. I am fully signed in. The YTTV app is working fine, so I am logged in and my subscription is active. Any help would be appreciated.
The first thing I would look at would be Support/Troubleshooting from the WebUI, and address any issues that might appear there. After that, make sure you are using the latest pre-release of the Channels DVR software. What client are you using when this is happening? Is this through the WebUI?
Have you looked at the log. Try a YTTV channel, then navigate to your log Support:Log and take a look. It should show the stream startup/probe; startup of the encoder. Look for errors there first.
I'm finding that there are times I now have to confirm on my iPhone that I'm logging into google before certain channels will play now. If I don't, I continue to get the buffering circle. You might try checking your phone for the google security notification when that happens again.
I created a new google account, turned off two-factor authentication, then made that google account a part of my youtubetv family group. I use that login for TVE.
