YouTube TV TVE errors on Synology

I have been running on Synology with the DSM7 image for about a week with no problems.
I got an error last night trying to record Chopped on the Food Network with YouTube TV as the TVE provider. The logs were filled with errors similar to this:

2021/08/10 19:05:58.789550 [DVR] Error running job 1628643540-32 Chopped: could not start stream on channels=[6102]: TVE: chrome failed to start:
./chromedp-shell: line 15: 4012 Segmentation fault (core dumped) "$loader" "$root/bin/true" 2> /dev/null
ln: /var/packages/ChannelsDVR/target/channels-dvr/data/chromedp-chroot/headless-shell/swiftshader/.: cannot overwrite directory

I tried rescanning the Food Network channel and got a similar error on the rescan.
I tried rescanning Animal Planet and got a similar error.

After reading some posts, I updated the server to the Pre-release version 2021.08.10.2129.
Now when I rescan the channel, it says "context cancelled" and I get the following in the logs:

[TVE] action=error_response type=Other error=net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
[TVE] action=version product=Chrome/89.0.4389.114 jsVersion=8.9.255.24 protocol=1.3

Any suggestions of how to proceed? I'd really like to get my TVE working again.

I believe you can go to Support > Troubleshooting in the web UI; if there is an error with Chromium, it ought to present you with a green "Fix Chrome" button to click.

You'll have to remove/readd, and click-and-hold the Sign In button after entering your TVE login.

Deleting the YTTV entry and re-entering it did the trick. I even picked up some channels that were not there before such as TBS, TNT, and Tru. It did not pick up Food Network initially; however, when I did a subsequent rescan of that channel, it picked it up.
Thanks for the awesome support.
