I recently signed up for youtube tv and sling tv and I noticed I have to keep rescanning youtube tv tve every few days. is this normal and if so can we get a automatic rescan feature. thanks.
I have not had that type of problem with YoutubeTV TVE and Channels DVR specifically. Channel DVR is consistently having trouble authenticating with FS1, FS2, and BigTen network, and a few other channels that are hit or miss.
Rescanning frequently could be problematic for your Youtube account, so it's typically discouraged. What exactly is the problem that you are experiencing, and are you submitting logs right after experiencing the problem and emailing the developers?

Same failing results here on BBC and WeTV.
ifc also threw an error last night. check that also please.
All those channels have been having TVE problems recently. Some days they work, some days they fail. Right now only WETV is failing for me. I don't need to rescan, they just start working again. I use Philo for my TVE authorization.
are you saying there is the same bug in philo or philo works?
I am saying Channels DVR TVE for WETV (channel 6089) is currently not working at my location and I use Philo for authorization.
