I have a TV season that is in 4K Dolby Vision, and it doesn't seem to be able to get thumbnails. Do I understand it correctly that it creates the thumbnails when added to the library with ffmpeg? The files play fine, so I'm guessing the player in the client app works with the files fine. But on the server, is it because it's 4K or Dolby Vision or just HDR in general?
Update: Just to try to find out for myself, I added a 1080p Dolby Vision series and it seemed to get those thumbnails just fine. So it can't handle 4K, or could it be something wrong with the container for those files? The video codec are pretty close to the same.
