Android mobile eplustv bug

I subscribe to gotham sports. I get that through eplustv. at home it works fine. in the web ui, it works fine. on my pixel 8 and picel 9 in the app it wont play when away from home. I get the following error in my channels dvr server

I should mention, this only happens on yes network all other channels work fine

edit: I am using an nvidia rtx 2000 ada in my server

Under settings, advanced, deinterlacer change to linear to see if that helps.

Have you tried rebooting? We have been unable to reproduce this issue.

Switching to the Software encoder may also work around this issue in the mean time.

As I earlier reported, software encoder fixes it but this is not an option for me. I have updated/rebooted everything yet the issue remains. Fortunately it plays fine on a remotely located onn pro box so the issue is limited to my pixel 8 and pixel 9. I have resubmitted logs see below

this appears to be a linux nvenc bug. I am running xubuntu 25.04 with the latest .run downloaded from nvidia

I know this is a tricky one so please keep trying.

None of our test platforms replicate what you're seeing, so it's hard for us to identify what the root cause of these errors is.

Just wiped my server and reinstalled ubuntu desktop 25.04 but same issue. Also, I noticed I cant get channel 13000 out of the house or in the web ui. it says I need to update ffmpeg. I tried compiling it but this is beyond me. Please update ffmpeg. I have a feeling that it will fix the original problem also.
