ATSC3 Woes - High Pitch Audio Squeal and Long Tuning Times!

It takes a very long time to tune ATSC3 stations lately, usually 20-25 seconds on the Gigabit LAN. Tuner sharing enabled and channel tuned on a different device doesn't seem to help or hurt times. For comparison, it usually only takes 2-3 seconds with the native HDHomerun app.

ATSC3 audio recently has a high pitch annoying squeal that wasn't there in the past. For comparison the squeal is not there in the HDHomerun app or if using Emby with the with the same ATSC3 stations.

I am also getting the occasional high pitched squeal here and there with ATSC3 channels lately.

Does anyone else still experience this? I am in Boston, the only 3 channels that are DRM-free are: WGBH-NX (PBS), WFXT-NX (Fox), and WWJE-NX (True Crime Network). The high-pitched noise is really bad on WGBH and WWJE (especially when an "S" sound is made). It is not as bad on WFXT, but still there. The 3 channels are all owned by different companies, so I'm pretty sure it's not a station issue. But maybe it's an issue with the WUNI lighthouse?

Not what you want to hear but ATSC3 sucks in my market (Omaha, NE). There are 5 total. The top 3 are DRM while the 4th best (Fox) is just terrible. Choppy, super low bitrate, slow to tune, etc makes it essentially unwatchable. The 5th and last one is also bad quality (CW).

Sounds like a Channels DVR player problem .. The FIRETV 4K max 2nd gen is my go-to when watching ATSC3 using Channels DVR it supports AC4 natively. ATSC3 is the only way I can watch Fox OTA... ATSC1 signal is weak.
