Auto startup on Nvidia Shield

Wasn't restarting either on mine. It was on External Storage so I moved it to Internal.
It's still recording to External though, which is great.
I confirmed by going to "Device Preferences > Storage > transfer files over local network" so I could view the files in windows explorer from my computer and despite moving the DVR Server to internal it's still recording to External.

I guess I set up where it records at some point during setup? I have no recollection of this :laughing:

I'm having this issue as well and checked, Channels DVR is running on internal storage. Is there a setting somewhere to allow this?

This is possible now. See SHIELD DVR: New "Autostart on reboot" option for adopted storage users
