When watching a show the info banner pops up for a few seconds then disappears then reappears a few moments later. Anything I can do to stop this.
Usually that means that the network cant keep up with the feed. You need to provide more details for some help. What kind of server, how is the server connected to your network, what client, how is the client connected, what source are you having the issue with?
If the network seems fine, you might try using the Stream option under Playback, Steaming Quality settings. I find it to be more reliable, although a few seconds slower to start.
Also, I use extra usb storage on my Firestick and if the memory is not fast enough it can cause this type of problem.
