Delay when changing channels

With yesterdays update comes new problems. I now have a 4 second delay when I select a new channel from the guide. Wheel spinning while delay, then the show(OTA) starts playing. Happens with every channel change.

2. the hud time bar is screwed up

3. getting errors in playing live tv via a local m3u list on the current airing

also, on this same "channel" there are airing where they dont play and the client logs say it doesnt recognize the codec, or something similar. when i get that error again, i will submit but it might still be in the recently uploaded client daignostics.

Do all these issues go away with the new tuner backend disabled?

From Settings go to the "Debug" menu and enable "New HDHomeRun Streaming".

The time issue seems to be gone after disabling it, but the channel delay is still there on all sources. thanks.

sorry, i wasn't clear.

i created a 24/7 movie channel using dizquetv. some programming works and some don't. the ones that dont, play fine in channels when they are added and are played via the library, but when they are playing "live", they don't work.

client error seems to be this: 2021-04-22 09:29:35.066 [u=705.4MB f=1392.6MB] [cplayer] v: finished playback, unrecognized file format (reason 4)

when dizquetv serves the video to channels, it serves as "video and audio are being copied. ffmpeg is not transcoding". it seems that channels is rejecting the stream.

that airing (which didn't work) ended and the next movie on the 24/7 channel works fine, its playing.

diszqutv is still just sending the stream over like the previous, non working stream.
