Unless there is a 3rd party firewall hiding somewhere Iām out of ideas as well. As a last resort there is always bridge mode the isp router and use your other router
The Remote Access check in the Troubleshooting checks is specifically performing a connection from a remote location to the DVR as a check.
Can you try to connect to your DVR from a cellular connection one more time?

I was able to get it resolved with everyone's help, I went back through and set everything back up again and I am able to access it. I tried so many combinations before posting here maybe everything I tried with each setup ran together when it came to troubleshooting. Thanks for all the help!

Maybe he doesn't know and it just starting working after starting over haha.
I really have no idea, I deleted everything, reset router back to default and started over. After all that I tried again and it worked.
Now I may have to build me a actual server lol.
The old dual core laptop will hit 100% CPU attempting one live stream.
