What is it running on?
I can access all of my Channels DVR servers from a web browser on any device on my network and remotely using Tailscale.
Try using this url in your browser
http://<dvr_ip:port>
So if your DVR server is at 192.168.0.12 and uses default port 8089 it would be http://192.168.0.12:8089
Check your windows firewall. It often blocks outbound connections. My guess is that is likely your issue as you can get to it from other devices on your network. -Bill
