A few channels have no program information (installed yesterday morning). They seem to be minor stations, although one is the regional PBS station. Does this need to be reported or is it the fault of the stations?
Check zap2it for your area, for starters.
Some minor, local stations (may be suffixed with “-LD,” rather than “-DT,” “-HD,” or “-TV”) may not have guide data available at all. I’ve got a local Detroit -LD station like that. Others you may receive may not be regarded as in your local market. For those you have to manually install the subscription to the guide data. I had to do that for the CBC station in Windsor, Canada.
In an email exchange with tmm1, when solving my out-of-market stations issue, he noted:

Thanks I may look into that. Only the PBS channel was local – not sure where the others were from.
