Trying to find programs to record. Search is not finding the program, yet in the guide I can go to the time, channel, and program. Ex: I want to record WWE Friday Night Smackdown - when I search, nothing is found. However, in the guide, I can go to the channel and time for the program and see that it is on tonight at 8:00PM. I have confirmed that the channel is not in a hidden status. Channels DVR is installed on my Synology DS220+ guide is not displaying on my NAS, but I have tried a search on my iOS devices as well as my Apple TV - same result (lack thereof) on every device.

No, the situation has not changed - still no guide on server, thus program search (all devices) fails.
RESOLVED: The issue was that Channels Server was attempting to download the guide from a non existing source (Cox). Once I redirected the source to my HD HomeRun tuner, all began working as expected. Guide downloaded and program search was successful.
