Channels guide only showing the channel ID and time

A few days ago the on-screen Channels menu began to show (almost) exclusivly the different channel ID's along with "@ 10:30" or whatever the time slot was. No program information. There is the occasional channel/timeslot that shows program information, but I haven't beed able to ascertain why. I have tried the standard "I.T." solution... "have you tried turning it off and on again?" I have powered down the apple tv, I have powered down the HD-Homerun, I have gone to the app store and updated the Channels app, all to no avail .

Are you using Channels DVR? Sounds like the guide data is not setup there.

Thank you for the reply. could you please be more specific on how that would be done? I have had Channels and my hard drive Channels DVR for a couple of years and had no problem with the information until a few days ago. If this is my doing, I'm not sure what I might have done to cause this, or how exactly to correct it.

On the DVR server open your HD Home Run and see if you have your zip code listed.

You may need to do this as well.

Thanks for the reply. Yes it is listed.

Is there guide data on the Guide tab of the DVR web UI?

I'm not seeing a DVR subscription associated with the account you're posting from. Where is your DVR installed?

It is a 1Tb hard drive installed on my Mac exclusively for Channels DVR use.

Do you another account? The account you’re posting from does not have a subscription attached to it.

I'm not sure how that has anything to do with helping me with my problem, but I did not post from a subscription. I found this Channels chat room and signed up.
I do HAVE a DVR subscription though.
Have you ever seen anything happen like the picture I posted ?

Please submit diagnostics from the dvr and share the ID

This happens when no guide data is present. Go to dvr web ui > settings > guide database > delete and recreate

If that doesn’t fix it go to dvr web ui > support > troubleshooting and submit diagnostics then post the diagnostic id here.

Delete and recreate didn't help.

In the sources area click the gear next to your HDHR then remove the guide and readd your zip code

This is what it looks like. What should I click on/ delete, and where do I re-add my zip?

Are your stations mapped. If they are not then you will need to map them. Then Redownload the Guide.

Just trying to figure out where the issue is.

Well that explains why you have no guide data. It doesn't know which guide data to map for each channel. Did you remove your HD HomeRun and then add it back as a source. The other thing is.... Is your HDHomeRun firmware updated to the latest version.
