Channels will not load ATV

Just says “waiting” can not install latest version tried restart and I am screwed!Tried the "done " trick and can use for now. Still a serious issue for a prime time Fri event! Just tried a reboot and get the same SHIT! fix this!

I got mine working. Hit done to get out of install. Running 2.1.21

Same here and unable to download to second ATV.

Seeing this here too… not sure what’s happening. Must be an issue with the App Store. Hitting “Done” aborts the upgrade and makes 2.1.21 usable.

Maybe it will try downloading 2.1.22 automatically later.

Mine is not working either. Download stalled and gave an error message - unable to download app, retry or done.

Just click Done for now.

I deleted the app because it was unsuable after clicking retry like 3 times. I tried to reinstall - it hangs at like 65% - now I got nothing.

Deleted Channels and tried to fresh install. Stuck with this issue and now NO channels at all for me :frowning:

Attempted to delete and reinstall. Now stuck and don’t even have the option to delete since the reinstall was unsuccessful.

Setup my parents house with Channels App and 3 Apple TVs last week and just received a text that all their “Channels - Live TV” apps will not work. We deleted the apps, restarted, and now we can’t download it from the App Store. Same “retry/done” message. We hit done but nothing installs.

exactly the same for me; hangs around 2/3’s.

I have turned off automatic updates to try and prevent this from happening in the future.

Help! Assumed I needed to delete and reinstall in order to fix. Now i do not have TV! HELP!!!

Sorry folks… I have no idea what’s going on. We submit our app to Apple and they handle everything from there. It seems something went askew this time. I have contact Apple support, but there’s nothing I can do on my end.

If you are seeing the Retry issue, click Done. DO NOT DELETE THE APP.

Ya know that’s a pretty sad answer for a “Paid App” I can get a cluster F… from SD! Really did not expect this from you guys on a FREAKING Friday!

We have published 43 tvOS update and 18 iOS updates and never run into an issue like this before. Like I mentioned, once we send Apple an updated version of the app everything is out of our control. They wrote the App Store app and have full control over how updates and downloads work.

I am trying my best to escalate this issue and get a response from Apple as to what is happening.
