Just install TestFlight on the second ATV and the download will already be there.

Are you sure you checked spam folder?
I was initially unable to update to 2.1.24. It would continually ask for my password, if I knowingly entered the wrong password it would the say “Retry”.
I called Apple support, she had me go to Settings and “Reset”, that worked.
I had to download all my programs from the cloud and reorganize all the Favorites in Channels.
So far it seems to be working.
What version of the app is running now?

I have been trying to buy your program for the last few days, but it isn’t showing up in the store. Is there any way I can get a beta key to get it installed on my Apple TV 4 until it is on the store again? Thank You!

I’ve been running the beta for the past several days (thank you!) but am wondering when the root cause will be fixed for the app store version of Channels.
Is it safe to delete the beta and return to the production version of the app yet?
It was fixed last week. If you can install the production app, then it’s safe to delete the beta.
This issue was resolved by Apple on March 6. If you’re still having issues, reboot your Apple TV and everything should return to normal.
