Same problem here, couldn’t update so I deleted and now can’t install stuck at 2/3. Very annoying, specially being a pay user.
I can’t load it on my ATV either. Ended up deleting it so I could reinstall and now I’m in the same boat as others. The app isn’t searchable in the App Store for ATV. I had to go to my purchases, but even there, the icon is black. Can you please send me the beta? Thanks.

Yes I get the link on a windows computer. Unfortunately it is for MAC!
The link works on any computer, phone or tablet. It has nothing to do with a mac.

Actually, the link works with Chrome on Windows but the new Edge browser tries to offer you a menu to choose an app to open the link with and if you choose IE you get a blank page. On Windows it looks like the Chrome browser is your best bet.

You take the code provided from the link in the email and enter it into the Test Flight App on your Apple TV. On Windows, Chrome works when you click the link to display the code, Edge seems to want to find an App to open the link.
Apple is now aware of the bug and is looking into the root cause.
Interestingly… if you have tvOS 10.2 Beta installed on your ATV then the new app installs just fine from the App Store.

You can use the beta app in the mean time. Check your email/spam folder for the invite.
App Store updates do happen on the weekend, and we hope Apple will be able to fix this issue soon as they are aware of the problem and working on it.
Also see the same issue downloading CHANNELS app. Can I also have a copy of the beta app?
