Last week I updated to 2.0.0 on a Fire stick. I immediately had corrupt audio. You can’t listen to it. I have another tv also running 2.0.0 on a Fire stick with no issues. HD app still works perfectly. I have tried restarts with no luck. Any suggestions?
Go to the player setting tab and turn off Surround Sound
Aman, That did it! Thank you. Evidently surround sound is enabled in this release. I did not turn it on in the prior distribution. My TV did not know what to do with that setting.

Yes we enabled it by default since most TVs support it and it improves playback. Some TVs apparently don’t (I found a cheap unit at my parents house that also had clicking sounds instead of actual audio.)
