I have a Custom Channel set up for a URL that I have configured to Never refresh URL. It seems to be trying to refresh still, it's set for M3U4U and they are having a bit of a meltdown over there and it looks like Channels is kind of hammering them from my end.
Edit: Diag if needed, I'm going to delete the Custom Channel for now.
