Destination America 403 Error

Hi all,
I cannot add DA to my lineup because of access.denied.missingpackage issue.
I use SpectumTV and it is on their list and I can authorize and view it in the DA website using the Spectrum credentials. Why can't TV Everywhere authorize it? All the Discovery channels work fine. Is this something

Have you tried these TVE Troubleshooting tips ?

Yes I did. Troubleshooting shows all green and when I check availability for that channel, all looks ok. This is the only channel with the 403 error. I am running the latest Beta. I sent an email to support. I am going to try Stremium tomorrow.

I was able to manually scan it no problem with Spectrum credentials...

I can scan fine, just Destination America doesn't work with the 403 error. Did you get Destination America to add to the guide?

Yes it has guide data and it played fine.
