Direct TV Streaming - no login form found error

I have Dish Streaming and have tried to use TVE but getting the following error. Any ideas? Thanks!

Well...first of all thats not DISH so make sure you select the right provider

Second of all, did you do all of these steps (begin with updating to the latest prerelease)

Thanks! I changed the subject to DirecTV which I am using, not DISH.

I did all those tests and everything works.

Did you also update to the latest pre release?

A bit hesitating to do that. Just got all of this working on a new NAS.

Also, I “borrowed “ my sister’s login for Spectrum and that works.

They just released the pre release as the stable release a few hours ago. Check to see if your server is on the latest stable release and update if not.
