I just noticed that several scheduled recordings AMC and FX are failing. They were working fine a couple of weeks ago. I see a status of 'failed' when i view the schedule tab.
Please check the Log tab of the DVR and see what error messages are shown when the recording was supposed to happen.
Unfortunately the log only reflects activity through Sep-5. The failure happened on Sep-1. This issue is for my YouTubeTV channels only. Are there typical scenarios that might cause this issue - e.g., settings or configurations
By default the Channels DVR log only shows the last 1500 lines.
To see more of the log, change the url from
http://x.x.x.x:8089/admin/log
to
http://x.x.x.x:8089/log?n=10000
where x.x.x.x is the IP address of your Channels DVR and n=10000 is the number of lines to display

You need to look back in the log to Sept 1 when you said it was supposed to record and see what it shows there.

I encountered the same problem last evening. None of the shows from YoutubeTV are recording even though Channels is saying there are recordings scheduled. Below is a snapshot of the log from last evening. It seems that authorization is timing out. I do not have the 2-step authentication verification setting on in chrome. So, i don't know what is causing this issue.

Sounds like you changed your password and never updated the DVR with the new one.
How do go i update the DVR with the new password ?
Click trash under the YTTV and then readd the source with your new login.
