I posted the same issue a few posts back and yes a container restart fixes it
How do you get the channels to not freeze after 1 minute? Its doing it on all my channels, no one else having this issue?
Maybe it needs to refresh auth key more often? Do I need to just totally redo my tokens
No issues here. Just tested with Gotham channels as well and they are working correctly.
I do restart my container daily as a maintenance task that is tied back to when things were not updated for a bit.
I would probably give this a try and hope that it solves your issue.
It seems all the channels are working, just ESPN3 is having issues, I noticed ESPN shows ESPN-ABC and ESPN3 (is it the same m3u8 on espn.com) they have two different links. Waiting for another ESPN3 to test. I also had docker crash had to restart, is there something we can program to keep the docker up and running ?
Tony:
My E+ channels are working, however the guide only shows the network name, and no info about hte games/shows. I've rebuilt the EPG in E+TV and in CDVR I've reloaded the M3U and refreshed the XMLTV but same issue.
Any idea?
thanks!
yep, that was it, thanks!
A few days ago, Fox Soccer Plus and Fox Deportes started working again, but now Fox Soccer is gone again. It shows as checked on the Eplus local page, but does not show up in the linear channel source in CHDVR. I've reset active playing channels on the local page and reloaded and disabled/reenabled on the source in Channels. Anyone else having this issue?
Deportes working here
It’s working for me as well. It’s Fox soccer plus that is no longer working.
Make sure you are on the absolute latest version of E+TV (4.13.0). There was some back-and-forth on Fox Soccer Plus on the versions prior to that, due to the fact that I have no way to test it.
I’m on the latest version. It was there and just disappeared. It’s shows in Eplus but not in the linear channels source.
If you log in directly at foxsports.com, can you watch the Fox Soccer Plus live feed?
I think it currently shows in the E+TV GUI for everyone. It just won’t play if you aren’t entitled to it.
Correct
Yes, I can watch the live feed on the Fox Sports app. It was working yesterday but gone today.
I re-entered my credentials on the EPlus site and deleted and re-added the source. Nothing gets the channel back.
I think Fox is having authentication issues. I'm seeing FS1 coming and going in the last week. It was here yesterday and gone today.
Can anyone tell me how to install on Linux? I recently updated to version 4.13 and the webpage disappeared
If the E+TV web config page won’t load, it is likely that the program isn’t starting or it’s crashing. How do you have it installed now? Can you share its log output when attempting to start it?
So I updated using:
docker pull tonywagner/eplustv:latest
docker run tonywagner/eplustv
This usually works fine but this time the web gui disappeared. I also tried a fresh install on a different Linux machine and had the same results. I'm not sure where to find the logs for this docker using Linux 22
That may not be a valid command to start the container. You need to map the port and config volume (data directory), see the readme at GitHub for examples.
And if you start the container from a "docker run" command, it should just print the logs right to your terminal so you can see them.
