Fail to add Xfinity-TVE

Had to reset password again per Xfinity.
After changing password I deleted and tried to reinstall Xfinity TVE source.
Fails stating invalid username or password.
I try to login to nbc/live using Firefox and Edge and both are showing this.

WFM

With what browser?

Chrome

Ahh, I don't have Chrome. Just Firefox and Edge.
Double checked, running the latest version of both.
Mozilla Firefox 79.0 (64-bit)
Microsoft Edge Version 84.0.522.61 (Official build) (64-bit)

Still can't add it back.

I still can't login to https://www.nbc.com/mvpd-picker with either Firefox or Edge, same issue with not displaying providers there.

Anyone using Edge or Firefox having issues with this webpage?
I still can't login to https://www.nbc.com/mvpd-picker just get a spinning circle as shown above on my first post.

Strange. I'm getting the same thing with Safari on an iPhone over WiFi, but works over cellular.
Wonder what Xfinity is doing.
I'm using Cloudflare (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1) and Google (8.8.8.8) DNS

Going to most other websites, like Discovery works fine.

Problem is adding a Channels TVE source always starts with nbc which is failing for me.

With the issues of having password resets, can we get something in the web UI to change passwords for a TVE provider as the old way using curl didn't work for me, so had to delete and try to re-add the TVE source, which is now failing.

I was too, but moved to my ISP DNS...just to see if anything changes.
I don't think DNS has anything to do with it...but...who knows.

So I have Comcast as well and I have no idea what's going on? I'm putting my correct servers ip address but it won't even connect. Sorry for asking? But what configurations need to be done on my end? New to the group. Any information is highly appreciated.

I have the same issue by mistake I hit the garbage can for the Xfinity source last night and can't get back in. Had to reset password. After that still get chrome Auth_timed_out. (suggestion confirmation for deleting a source).

example: Do you really want to delete source? Yes / No

I'm seeing the spinning circle with Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

Using Chrome I see a status in the lower left that says "Waiting for cm.g.doubleclick.net..."

For anyone else having this issue, what happens when you go to this website using a device on your Home Xfinity network (not through LTE/cellular)

https://www.nbc.com/mvpd-picker

Do you see this spinning circle

or do you see providers to pick from
providers

And just an FYI, but it shouldn't matter...
I'm using a viewer only secondary Xfinity account to sign in
I don't have Auto Authentication enabled for my Xfinity Accounts

Just Tried it worked for me,

Are you having problems loading Xfinity-TVE?

Maybe you’ve already tried it but you may want to make sure any ad-blockers are disabled. That domain is one that will frequently be blocked.

3 pc's and an iPhone have the issue.
They all worked a week or so ago.
And I don' think Channels puts an ad blocker in the headless Chrome that comes with the DVR software for my NAS.

True, but some ad-blockers can be in the network itself. In my home for example, I use a pi-hole that blocks ads in every single device on my network.

Yep, understand. I'm not running any. Xfinity Gateway in bridge mode to my router. Router not running anything like that either. I guess Xfinity is just singling me out if nobody else sees the same thing.

Changed my DNS to Xfinity DNS Servers, no help. Went back to Cloudflare and Google.
